Merkantor is installed on your client’s own hosting. Installation, updates and hosting compatibility are designed to be predictable for you.
Domain-based licence
Each store runs on a licence tied to its own domain. After handover, the licence belongs to the client’s store.
Hosting compatibility report
You see whether the client’s hosting plan qualifies before you start the installation. A measured report instead of a “why isn’t it working” conversation.
No SSH or Composer required
It installs on shared hosting plans. You are not forced to move the client to a VPS.
Updates and rollback
Updates are applied from the panel; if one is interrupted, the store rolls back to the last working version. A store you handed over does not go down because of an update.
Let’s be honest: what is missing today
- Managing multiple client licences from one panel is not available yet. Licences are defined one at a time.
- A white-label interface option is not available yet.
- There is no partner portal or margin table for agencies yet. The agency (5 domains) and reseller (25 domains) licence plans are published on the pricing page.
